About Us... 
Cooney Associates Limited was founded in January 2008 by Sarah Cooney, an experienced training professional and accredited business and career coach.
Our aim is to provide relevant, high quality, practical coaching and training solutions to our clients. We do this by taking the time to listen to our clients to identify and agree the underlying development need and the appropriate coaching or learning intervention. This may vary from an off the shelf programme to a highly tailored solution in response to a detailed learning needs analysis. Either way our intent is to enhance our clients' business capability and to produce sustained behavioural or attitudinal/psychological change in the workplace.
And if we don't feel that we are the right people to help you, we will put you in touch with those who can!
Sarah is a member of a number of professional organisations. These include:
- Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)
- British Psychological Society (BPS)
She is also a member of the BPS Special Group in Coaching Psychology.
Our associates and learning consultants are MCIPD registered, with appropriate insurances and supervision arrangements in place. References can be provided on request.
